    Abstract
Lima Field operates using natural flow. It consists of six active production wells that continue to produce oil and gas. The field has operated for eight years since January 1, 2016. To enhance production rates, plans were made to implement an artificial lift method in each well. A tool known as the Artificial Lift Selection Tool (ALST) was utilized to select the appropriate method. Analysis using ALST indicated that the gas lift method is the most optimal choice for implementation in Lima Field. The activities included integrated production modeling with gas lift distribution to analyze the production flow rate without and with gas lift, based on the volume or capacity of the distributed gas. The modeling process utilized software such as MBAL, PROSPER, GAP, and Microsoft Excel. Validation was performed on all models to ensure their accuracy in representing actual conditions. The study revealed that the production flow rate in Lima Field using natural flow reached 17,809.4 STB/d. After implementing the gas lift method, the results showed a significant increase in the production flow rate, amounting to 2,635.9 STB/d. With this improvement, the total production flow rate increased to 20,445.3 STB/d.
