    Abstract
The Influence of LMX (Leader-Member Exchange) Leadership Style and Non-Physical Work Environment on Employee Performance at the Imam Al Muhyiddin An Nawawi Foundation. This study aims to evaluate the impact of the LMX (Leader-Member Exchange) leadership style and the non-physical work environment on employee performance at the Imam Al Muhyiddin An Nawawi Foundation. A quantitative research method was used, collecting data from respondents who are all employees of the Imam Al Muhyiddin An Nawawi Foundation through Google Forms. Measurements were conducted by analyzing the extent to which the LMX leadership style and non physical work environment influence employee performance at the foundation. The results of the t-test analysis indicate that variable (X1), the LMX leadership style, significantly influences employee performance. Therefore, it can be concluded that the LMX leadership style has an effect on employee performance. Meanwhile, variable (X2), the non-physical work environment, also influences employee performance. The use of the F-test confirms that both the LMX leadership style and the non-physical work environment simultaneously affect employee performance at the Imam Al Muhyiddin An Nawawi Foundation. This study contributes to a better understanding of the role of LMX leadership style and non-physical work environment in influencing employee performance at the foundation. Hence, the management of the Imam Al Muhyiddin An Nawawi Foundation may refer to this paper as a basis for developing an appropriate leadership style and a conducive work environment to improve employee performance.
