The foam injection method is one of the Enhanced Oil Recovery (EOR) techniques that is applied after the secondary oil recovery stage. Application of tertiary recovery using foam can overcome the problem of low sweeping (sweep efficiency) caused by the density difference between the injection fluid and the oil. The research used ECLIPSE software by comparing the gas flood variants between CO2 injection and foam injection, as well as conducting a sensitivity test to determine the rate and concentration of surfactant use in the foam injection method. Based on the simulation results, selecting the injection rate and using the right surfactant concentration can increase the recovery factor in Field X.en_US
