In this report, it aims to compare the method of spun pile and bore pile implementation, axial bearing strength of piles, and construction costs. The analysis result of the implementation method turns out that the spun pile is faster than the bore pile when viewed from one installation. Then in terms of strength, one spun pile pile to withstand loads greater than the bore pile including 3,385.06 kN (ABT-1), 2,869.22 kN (ABT-2), and 2,298.93 kN (PIER-1). Furthermore, in terms of construction costs, the spun pile foundation is IDR. 1,857,875,120.00, while the bore pile is IDR. 2,677,640,299.00. There is a difference in cost of IDR 809,765,179.00 or 43.6% more economical if you use a spun pile.en_US
