Abstract

The establishment of this research is based on testing the influence that occurs between work-family conflict on job satisfaction and work stress as a mediator. This research was conducted at the Trimitra private hospital by taking a sample of 76 people from a total of 176 female workers. This study focused on respondents who were married or had been married. In this study, several tests were carried out such as classical assumption tests (normality and heteroscedasticity), data analysis methods (validity and reliability), and hypothesis testing (f test, R2 test, T test, and Sobel test). The test resulted in the conclusion that; there is a positive influence between family work role conflict variables on work stress, there is a negative influence between work stress variables and job satisfaction variables, there is a negative influence between family work role conflict variables and job satisfaction variables, and there is a negative influence between family work role conflict variables on job satisfaction variable through job stress variable. An increase in salary, promotion, career development and bonding between co-workers is needed to increase job satisfaction for married women workers at Trimitra Hospital.
