| dc.description.abstract | This research is about analysis of the existing layout system at PT. Sariadi Wahana Jasa.
The purpose of this research is to prove that PT. Sariadi Wahana Jasa requires a new layout
system and provides suggestions for a more efficient layout system to PT. Sariadi Wahana
Jasa. The method used in this research is systematic layout planning and line balance.
Systematic layout planning will be used to create alternative layout designs while line
balancing will be used to assess the level of efficiency of each layout design. The results of
this research, prove that the layout design used by PT. Sariadi Wahana Jasa currently only
shows an efficiency level of 76% while the layout design resulting from this research is 98%.
