    Abstract
Pondok Gede Regional General Hospital (RSUD) is a type D Government hospital established on February 27, 2019 with operational license on May 8, 2019. Because the planning of oral drug supply control conducted by the pharmaceutical service department of RSUD Pondok Gede is currently based only on the consumption of drugs in the previous week or month, and only look at the number of drugs that are exhausted, so often there is a buildup (stagnant) or run out (stockout). This study uses quantitative descriptive approach using time series forecasting, while the most economical inventory planning method uses EOQ method, purchase period planning with POQ, reordering with ROP method, and use of safety stock. This study resulted in the conclusion that based on abc analysis, the grouping of oral medicine supplies in Pondok Gede Hospital is a Group A consisting of 8 types of drugs (8.6%) of the total type of oral drugs with a total of 16.04 usage. While based on the Economic Order Quantity (EOQ) method, the optimum number of orders for 8 types of oral drugs belonging to group A varies, namely being at a vulnerable 147-1641 items consisting of types of tablets, capsules and syrups with a frequency of purchase as much as 3-33 times. To ensure that reservations are made at optimal frequencies, Pondok Gede Hospital must place an order in frequency every 1-3 months on each type of medicine. Then to meet the service of oral drug demand by 90%, it is necessary to provide safety supplies as much as 3-836 drugs for one month. Based on the Reorder Point (ROP) method, Pondok Gede Hospital needs to rebook oral medicines when supplies have reached 11-1868 items so that there is no vacancy in the inventory in the pharmacy warehouse.
