    Abstract
This Research is about the analysis of problems that cause the actual flow rate of the fluid in the PT. PHE OSES well is not achieved. The purpose of this research is to optimize the production flow rate of the PT. PHE OSES well in order to achieve the economic value that has been targeted by the company. The sample used for this research is about 353 wells at PT. PHE OSES and the method used in this research is analyze the well design and actual data; analyze the design from the type of pump used; and analyze the production history and remarks of the well. The results of the analysis shows that there are 40 wells in PT.PHE OSES whose production fluid flow rate is not achieved, with 23 wells with actual data and inappropriate design data; followed by 8 wells with inappropriate ESP pump designs; 4 wells with ESP performance setback, and 5 wells with well issues.
