Geomechanical simulation and modelling are used to determine the combined effects of hydrocarbon production and also the changes in rock properties such as rock elasticity due to geomechanical effects accurately. This geomechanics reservoir simulation at Zuma Field with Study Case UP Sector Model has purposes of doing history matching on the model, analysis on the difference of simulation results between black oil model and fully coupled geomechanics model, and analysis on parameter sensitivity test on pore volume and oil production. The sector model is a carbonate field with high viscosity of 20 cP and heavy oil 18 API. The method that is used in this research is quantitative with tNavigator software as the simulator. Simulation results with the geomechanics parameter showed a smaller pore volume of 0.1242% and smaller pressure of 0.0258% which effect on higher saturation water of 0.0198% and smaller relative permeability of oil of 0.0113%. These differences in reservoir property resulted in smaller oil production of 0.3879% and smaller gas production of 2.5057%. On fully coupled simulation model showed lower maximal stress reduction to 1.2223% on 2041 since 2021 and displacement vector on 2041 is 1.1986 ft. On parameter sensitivity test, smaller Poisson's Ratio and Young's Modulus resulted in bigger pore volume and oil production. Simulation model with geomechanics parameter or fully coupled resulted in reservoir property differences because the model simulated by taking notice in rock elasticity that affected in hydrocarbon production reduction.en_US
