Abstract
This research is a study of dams with the main objective of analyzing future dam conditions with aspects of geological conditions including regional geological conditions, geomorphology, hydrogeology, and engineering geology. In addition to geological conditions, this study discusses emergency action plans in the form of simulation results and flood disaster mitigation due to dam collapse referring to the guidelines from the National Disaster Management Agency (BNPB). The method in this study generally uses the integration of dam technical data and software in each discussion topic which includes geographic information system (GIS) software, Geostudio 2021, and HEC-RAS 5.0.7, Inasafe 5.0.1 with hydrogeological studies as a supporting aspect of dam conditions. The results of this study indicate that the water quality in the dam is not in accordance with the water chemistry quality standards, the presence of a free aquifer system at Situ Citatah based on the presence of well data, interpretation of geoelectrical data refers to the level of resistivity, conductivity, and regional stratigraphy, technical geological analysis and simulation where the Citatah dam collapses with overtopping conditions that have a vulnerable safety factor (FK) value on the downstream embankment, estimation and calculation of losses based on inasafe 5.0.1 analysis which shows the largest losses are in the population sector and there are recommendations general public and technical mitigation on dams.
