dc.description.abstractChristian James Jacobus. 103117083. Analysis of the impact of Service Quality and Odd-Even Policy on Decisions to Use Public Transportation. This study aims to determine the effect of service quality on decisions to use public transportation, the effect of odd-even policies on decisions to use public transportation, and the effect of service quality and odd-even policies on decisions to use public transportation. This study uses quantitative data analysis techniques. The number of samples used in the study were 400 people with characteristics that had been adjusted to the sampling method, namely purposive sampling. The characteristics of the respondents used are respondents who are active users of public transportation and respondents have private vehicles. Sample data collection was done by distributing questionnaires that had been prepared by the researcher, then filled in by the respondents. Then after that, the data validity and data reliability were tested by looking at the Cronbach Alpha value. The data analysis method used in this research is Multiple Linear Regression. The results obtained explain if there is a significant influence between the service quality variables on the decision variables to use public transportation. This can be seen from the magnitude of the significance value of the service quality variable of 0.000 which turns out to be <0.05. The odd-even policy variable also has a significant influence on the decision variable to use public transportation based on the significance value <0.05, which is 0.000. Service quality variables and odd-even policies simultaneously influence the decision to use public transportation according to the value of the coefficient of determination (R2), which is 0.420 or 42%.
