ANALISA PETROFISIK RESERVOIR BATUPASIR NGIMBANG DALAM MENENTUKAN POTENSI HIDROKARBON BERDASARKAN DATA LOG SUMUR KUY-1, CEKUNGAN JAWA TIMUR UTARA
Abstract
Petrophysical Analysis is an activity to know the physical properties of subsurface rock with well logging method(s). The result of those analysis can examine some factors to identify reservoir rocks in order to formation evaluation. Petrophysical analysis consist of Qualitative and Quantitative to determine the parameters such as Shale Volume, porosity, Water Resistivity, and Water Saturation in Ngimbang Formation, North East Java Basin. To fulfill the analysis, the well log data that used in this analysis are Caliper, Gamma Ray, Resistivity, Density, and Neutron. Qualitative analysis can sum up the zone which are porous and non porous, also this analysis can determine the qualitative parameter that used in quantitative analysis. While the quantitative analysis identifies the parameter with equation and compute it with Geolog 7 Paradigm. The Average result of quantitative analysis of parameters in Ngimbang Formation are VSh: 47%, PHIE 18%, SW 70%, and Permeability 34 mD
