T Rofi Anugrah.101217069. Paleogeography Using Well Data and Seismic Data in the Melati Field, Kutai Basin, East Kalimantan. This research is about making paleogeographic maps to determine the depositional environment and the developing facies by looking at the available data with the aim of providing a more detailed and accurate description of the facies that developed in the Mahakam Delta especially in the Melati field. The research location is in the Melati field, Kutai Basin, East Kalimantan which regionally has complex tectonic phases so that many oil and gas fields have the potential to be developed. The dominant structure that develops in the Kutai Basin is a series of folds and faults that have a NE-SW direction. Regionally, the depositional environment of the study area is influenced by the delta system whose sedimentation process continues until now. In this study, it used the electrophaphasies method on well data by looking at the values of the GR log response, Log Density and Neutron Log and using seismic data by looking at the reflector configuration in the seismic cross section. From this study, 6 facies elements were obtained, namely delta plain, distributary channel, delta front, prodelta, coastal plain, shoreface, offshore transition, tidal plain and mud plainen_US
