    Abstract
This research is about optimizing production in mature fields that have a water cut of more than 95% by maximizing oil and gas production where the wells on the platform are shut in so that they need to be reactivated with an optimal scenario. However, in its development, MAOP has become a limitation to ensure pipes are protected from leaks. The purpose of this study is to match the simulation model with actual data and then optimize the flowrate by considering the existing MAOP limitations. The method used is using the Dynamic Multiphase Flow Simulator software to simulate flow assurance, then with Multiflash to make the required PVT based on existing data, and Microsoft Excel to simplify simulation data so that the simulation results can be well understood also supported by journals to support understanding. simulation results. The results show that the simulation generated from the well test data can represent the actual situation because it has a maximum error parameter of 8,781% from production and pressure. After matching, an optimization scenario is carried out by applying Free Water Knockout on platform A. From the simulation results, the more water removed by Free Water Knockout, the oil and gas production will increase significantly, followed by a decrease in the pressure received by the pipeline and vice versa. Then the increase in production is in line with the increase in pressure received by the pipe and vice versa.
