| dc.description.abstract | Pertamina Hulu Energi West Madura Offshore is a company involved in oil and gas
exploration and production in Indonesia which is one of the working areas in the 4 zone
11 regional area. In this area there are warehouse facilities, offices, docks, health clinics
to the provision of supporting equipment for warehousing activities. In these warehouse
operations, each loading and unloading area in the PT Pertamina Hulu Energi West
Madura Offshore area in every operating activity that has a risk of causing work
accidents. In carrying out potential hazards and risk assessment using the HIRARC
(Hazard Identification, Risk Assessment and Risk Control) method. This method can
identify potential risks that occur and can determine handling and mitigation. The value
can be determined by a formula that is multiplying the probability by the severity level
so as to get a number to determine the risk value with low, medium, and high categories.
The analysis is carried out to find out what risk control strategies will be suggested or
