Pengelolaan Kinerja Sistem Transportasi Energi Menggunakan Framework Balance Scorecard dengan Studi Kasus di PT Pertamina International Shipping
Abstract
This study is about the application of the Balanced Scorecard Framework as a performance measurement tool in the maritime logistics system at PT Pertamina International Shipping, aiming to provide recommendations for performance improvement in the maritime logistics system at PT Pertamina International Shipping so that it can achieve the company's goals and aspirations. The method used involves applying the four perspectives of the Balanced Scorecard: financial perspective, customer perspective, internal business process perspective, and growth and learning perspective, to describe performance and the relationships between different parts of the company. The results of this study indicate an increase in revenue from ship transport from the financial perspective, yet there is a decrease in daily ship costs which can reduce the company's cost burden, thereby increasing the company's net profit. From the customer perspective, there is also an increase in customer satisfaction towards shipping officer services, shipping service quality, shipping service reliability, and the condition of the fleet. The internal business process perspective shows improvements in transportation discrepancy, effective load factor, vessel utilization, but also a decrease in performance from vessel availability. Meanwhile, the growth and learning perspective shows an increase based on employee productivity.
