dc.descriptionPenelitian ini tentang penerapan Framework Balance Scorecard sebagai alat ukur kinerja pada sistem logistik transportasi laut di PT Pertamina International Shipping dengan tujuan untuk memberikan rekomendasi perbaikan kinerja pada sistem logistik transportasi laut pada PT Pertamina International Shipping agar mampu mencapai tujuan dan cita-cita Perusahaan. Metode yang digunakan adalah dengan menerapkan ke empat perspektif pada Balance Scorecard yaitu perspektif keuangan, perspektif pelanggan, perspektif proses bisnis internal, perspektif pertumbuhan dan pembelajaran dalam menggambarkan kinerja dan hubungan antar bagian dalam perusahaan. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukkan pada perspektif keuangan adanya peningkatan pendapatan berdasarkan angkutan kapal, namun terdapat penurunan biaya harian kapal sehingga dapat mengurangi beban biaya Perusahaan sehingga menngkatkan laba bersih Perusahaan. pada perspektif pelanggan juga mengalami peningkatan kepuasan pelanggan terhadap pelayanan petugas shipping, kualitas jasa Shipping, realibilitas jasa Shipping, dan kondisi dari armada kapal. Pada perspektif proses bisnis internal menunjukkan peningkatan dari transportation Discrepancy, Effective Load Factor, Vessel Utilization, namun juga ada penurunan kinerja dari Vessel availability. Sedangkan pada perspektif pertumbuhan dan pembelajaran menunjukkan peningkatan berdasarkan produktifitas karyawannya.en_US
dc.description.abstractThis study is about the application of the Balanced Scorecard Framework as a performance measurement tool in the maritime logistics system at PT Pertamina International Shipping, aiming to provide recommendations for performance improvement in the maritime logistics system at PT Pertamina International Shipping so that it can achieve the company's goals and aspirations. The method used involves applying the four perspectives of the Balanced Scorecard: financial perspective, customer perspective, internal business process perspective, and growth and learning perspective, to describe performance and the relationships between different parts of the company. The results of this study indicate an increase in revenue from ship transport from the financial perspective, yet there is a decrease in daily ship costs which can reduce the company's cost burden, thereby increasing the company's net profit. From the customer perspective, there is also an increase in customer satisfaction towards shipping officer services, shipping service quality, shipping service reliability, and the condition of the fleet. The internal business process perspective shows improvements in transportation discrepancy, effective load factor, vessel utilization, but also a decrease in performance from vessel availability. Meanwhile, the growth and learning perspective shows an increase based on employee productivity.en_US
